In this episode, Alyssa teaches us about the Golden Shield method, a visualization technique that can help protect you from diet talk and negative food vibes. If you’re entering a space that you know will be testing, imagine a big shield in front of you – it can be gold, pink, blue, rainbow, or any other color that makes you happy or soothes you. When diet culture comes your way, imagine the words bouncing right off of the shield and not reaching you. You deserve protection, and you deserve to set boundaries. Good luck, and take care!
