Listeners’ Letter

Dear Food,

I will cut to the chase. My ADHD has been the biggest boulder in the road to my eating disorder recovery and trying to make Intuitive Eating work. My body doesn’t know how to stop when hungry until it is in a panic. Then I binge. Then I feel bad.

This is exhausting. Can I recover???

Sincerely,

An ADHDer
